• 1 lb tofu
  • 1/2 tsp each turmeric, basil, thyme, cumin, curry powder
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 T soy sauce
  • 2 t nutritional yeast
  • cooked rice


  • Fry tofu (in oil?) over high heat. When crispy, turn down and add spices and garlic.
  • Bring heat back up and add soy sauce and nutritional yeast
  • Stir in cooked rice
