Ingredients[]
- 1 lb tofu
- 1/2 tsp each turmeric, basil, thyme, cumin, curry powder
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4 T soy sauce
- 2 t nutritional yeast
- cooked rice
Directions[]
- Fry tofu (in oil?) over high heat. When crispy, turn down and add spices and garlic.
- Bring heat back up and add soy sauce and nutritional yeast
- Stir in cooked rice
