Heat a little oil in a fry pan & add:
one or two cans black or kidney beans
3-6 soup-spoonfuls salsa
(or more to taste)
heat gently to thicken
(could drain off a little of the liquid from the can
before putting in the pan if you’re in a hurry)
serve as a side to any mexican dish
or include in ingredients of fajitas, quesadillas or burritos.
